Why is my promo code not applying?

If you receive an error message when trying to apply a promo code to your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
* The Promo Code has expired.
* The Promo code is invalid.
* The item(s) in your cart do not qualify for the coupon and are part of the excluded items list.
    You can review the excluded items list on every promotion by adding the promo code to your order in the shopping cart page, next to where the coupon was entered you will see the ‘Details’ button. Click ‘Details’ and you will find more information regarding the promo code. There will be a link titled ‘Excluded Products’ where you can view the list of products not included in that promotion.
