Your refund will go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Monoprice error the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, Monoprice may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
All orders are collected in US dollars. Monoprice is not responsible for any difference in currency exchange rate.
