Display Mounting: Addressing Forward Inclination
The observed forward inclination of your mounted display is a normal characteristic attributable to the inherent properties of steel construction. The structural steel components in our mounts are engineered with intentional flexibility characteristics that provide critical shock absorption capacity, thus protecting your display from impact damage.
This same material property manifests as a slight forward orientation, particularly with heavier displays or more complex mounting mechanisms such as our articulating tilt/swivel models. This phenomenon becomes more pronounced as display size and weight increase.
To address this forward inclination, you can utilize the mount's built-in adjustment capabilities. Simply engage the tilt mechanism to establish a slight upward angle and secure it in this compensatory position. This adjustment will effectively counterbalance the natural forward orientation, resulting in a properly leveled display presentation.
This adjustment falls well within the normal operational parameters of the mounting system and will not compromise its structural integrity or functional performance.
